Credits, renewals and paying

Something not covered here? Ask in the Axis Labs Discord.

One credit scores one screenshot with auto scoring, or runs one AI review on Get results. Monthly credits are spent first, then purchased ones.

No. Monthly credits reset on your server's reset date. Credits from a pack are separate and never expire.

The server goes back to the Free limits: 1 scrim, 1 tournament and 100 credits a month. The newest scrims over those limits are switched off, and you can switch them back on after renewing.

Yes. The change applies when your paid period ends, and anything over the new limits is switched off then.

Request a plan or pack, open a ticket in the Axis Labs Discord and paste the request. Staff send PayPal details in the ticket and apply your plan once it is paid. There is no minimum payment.
